About the event
Starting your first academic position is exciting — but negotiating your contract can feel overwhelming. Most residents and fellows have little training in how to approach this process with confidence. The VisionaryMD Negotiation Sprint is designed to change that.
Over seven weeks, you’ll move step by step from preparation to action. Each Monday evening session will focus on a key part of the negotiation process, with practical strategies and reflection exercises to guide you. You’ll also receive personalized one-on-one support to review one offer in detail, so you don’t have to navigate this process alone.
